They are found in water chests though they are much rarer compared to other water chest items they do not allow walking on lava although the upgraded lava waders will do so. When the player is on a liquid they may press down to fall. A small normal corruption world with the seed 937533368 will spawn 5 or so water chests in the ocean to the right and three of them will contain pairs of boots.

Nope i double checked loot s not random with a seed and the reason i wanted to put this seed out there was because i couldn t find any other 1 4 seeds with the water walking boots lol. Water walking boots are an accessory that allows a player to walk on water and honey the player moves across both liquids at normal speed without sinking.
